Shipping policy

Campisi's Cookies does many things to alleviate the risk of shipping homemade cookies and desserts around the country - there are unfortunately some instances that are out of our hands, such as weather and transit delays once the package is in the hands of USPS or UPS.

Being said, these shipping guidelines published on Campisi's Cookies website do not guarantee a shipping or arrival date. Once the packages leave the hands of our home-based facility and to the corresponding mail carrier, we are unable to guarantee a time of delivery, as this is all subject to the local carrier. Most mail carriers deliver packages between the hours of 8:00 am-8:00 pm. If you are placing an order for a time-sensitive event, we recommend reaching out to Jessica at campisiscookies@gmail.com to see if your order will be eligible to be placed early. A majority of Campisi's products can be frozen upon arrival, which is recommended, to preserve optimal freshness. However, keep in mind that there are instances such as weather or other uncontrollable events, that your product may arrive earlier than requested to ensure that it arrives in good condition.

Campisi's Cookies IS NOT responsible for delays in transit caused by high package volume (holidays included), weather, mechanical error, strikes, natural disasters, terrorism safety control, local carrier mis-scans, or inaccurate shipping information. Please note, we do not require a signature for the release of any shipment. Leaving a package at an address is at the complete discretion of the individual mail carrier and is absolutely and entirely out of our control.

Please note, all customers must do their due diligence and are responsible for checking that all shipping information for their order is correct before submitting their order as well as the confirmation email.
